For the Bridge View Apartments, I propose a financing arrangement where I require a 50% down payment, which I would then finance at a 6% interest rate for up to 10 years. Additionally, I’m open to the possibility of subdividing the property. I would be willing to sell the bottom half for $140,000 and the top half for $124,900 to the right buyer.
